My name is Richard Beatty.  I am an educator with 17+ years of experience.  I currently a 4th Grade teacher with the Riverbank Unified School District.  I created this website as an attempt to use the 21st Century Skills to further my own development as a learner, educator, and leader.  I hope to help others do the same.  I will be utilizing the 21st Century Skills to demonstrate specific learner outcomes.  I will follow specific guidelines and will discuss them as I proceed along my path.  I invite you to come along with me and engage and grow.
